Within 3 months of compression wraps and treatment Zari had my leg back to a normal size and within 4 months my wound was healed. “As a mom of 3, I thought I knew what to expect as far as recovery after my 3rd c-section. However, during the first few minutes with Zari during my evaluation, I quickly realized I really didn’t know a whole lot about taking care of myself after the major surgery. I had previously just powered through and assumed things that I experienced were just “normal” when they really weren’t. I expected pain and swelling only because of my previous experiences. But no one ever took the time to explain the “why” or “how” to manage my body after pregnancy and c-section until Zari came to my home. She was so knowledgeable, gentle, patient and kind. And, she was flexible with my ever changing schedule in the early newborn days with my daughter. The MLD technique she used was effective and soo relaxing too. My swelling was completely gone within 1-2 days of her initial visit! I can’t wait to book with her again and to have proper scar massage and management to avoid having the “c-section shelf” that I assumed to be normal.
